What's happening in the Phoenix Metro Real Estate Market

White Mountain, AZ Real Estate Update

The real estate market in the White Mountains of Arizona typically follows the Phoenix Metro real estate trends by about 10 months to a year.  What does that mean?  It means the White Mountains have been hit with a slower market with home prices coming down and more sellers than buyers.  The impact may be greater at this time of the year for the communities of Pinetop/Lakeside due to the fact that buyers from the valley looking for a mountain getaway are now settling into the cooler temps in the valley.  With winter right around the corner, sellers on the mountain are going to have to entice buyers with even lower prices to get a home sold before the snow flies.

Buyers looking for a value on a mountain cabin should consider taking advantage of the current market and lower interest rates today.  Next summer when the temps rise well above 100 in the valley, it will be an average of 30 degrees cooler in Pinetop/Lakeside and you'll be glad you made your decision to buy!
