Becky is one of the most capable businesswomen I know. In the ten months I was with the business I saw her carefully build an extremely competent team of professionals who were able to perform at consistently high levels. Building such a team was not easy. "I was first acquainted with Becky Kolb in 2003. She hired me on to her commercial cleaning franchise, Jan-Pro of Southern Colorado as an entry-level sales representative. I worked for Becky Kolb for just under four years.
During my employment with Becky through Jan-Pro, she took me under her wing and taught me everything from basic business etiquette to the proper way to build/manage a multi-million dollar organization. I am proud to say that while in her employ we took the company from $500,000 to over $4,000,000 in gross annualized revenue.
